Todd Ackert
Owner & President
Todd Ackert has over 40 years of experience in the industry. He trained at the Southern California Regional Occupational Center (SCROC) in Torrance, worked as a machinist and CNC programmer, and taught CNC programming at Santa Barbara City College to help grow the industry.
Todd spent 17 years at Schulz Engineering — including 10 years as General Manager. In 1998 he founded True Precision Machining with 5 employees and has grown the company to 30+ employees. Todd is renowned for his expertise across aerospace, medical, defense, and space applications, and for his exceptional reputation among vendors, customers, and employees.

Marvin Rodriguez
VP of Operations
Marvin Rodriguez has more than 22 years in the aerospace, defense, and medical manufacturing industry. He began his career cleaning and de-burring machined parts and went on to learn and master the operation and programming of CNC machine tools.
Marvin has been with TPM for 15 years. Because of his experience, talent, and leadership he was promoted to the management team in 2015. He has extensive knowledge of complex multi-axis milling and turning manufacturing, and is principally responsible for day-to-day operations, customer collaboration, and ensuring the company's vision is met.

Anthony Morales
Senior CNC Programmer
Anthony Morales began in 1999 deburring and finishing parts. He was promoted into Quality Assurance and progressed into machining aerospace, defense, agriculture, and spaceflight components — growing into management, engineering, and CNC programming.
Anthony joined True Precision Machining in 2020 and is producing complex high-end precision components that exceed customer expectations. As Senior CNC Programmer he generates complex multi-axis milling and turning programs while applying the latest CAD & CAM technologies.
