Supply chain & partners
The suppliers and machines behind the work.
Precision parts are only as dependable as the supply chain and equipment behind them. These are the distributors, machine-tool builders, metrology systems, and software platforms we rely on to deliver aerospace and defense work on spec and on time.
A vetted supply chain
Stability runs all the way down.
When an aerospace OEM runs a supplier risk assessment, it isn't only evaluating our shop — it's evaluating the chain behind it. We source certified material and tooling from established industrial distributors, run platforms from the machine-tool and metrology builders that set the standard, and tie it all together with a paperless digital thread. Fewer surprises upstream means fewer surprises on your dock.
Tooling, hardware & MRO
Where the supply chain starts.
Cutting tools, workholding, hardware, and shop consumables sourced from distributors trusted across aerospace and defense manufacturing. Raw material is purchased from approved aerospace metals distributors with certified mill test reports (CMTR / EN 10204 3.1) traceable to heat lot, DFARS 252.225-7009 compliant, with requirements flowed down under Q1–Q23.
Hardware, fasteners, fittings, and shop supply — fast, reliable fulfillment.
Cutting tools, workholding, abrasives, and metalworking consumables.
Industrial MRO, safety, and facility supply.
Fasteners and vendor-managed inventory for production hardware.
Machine tools
The iron on the floor.
The 3- and 5-axis machining centers, turn-mills, Swiss lathes, and wire EDMs we run every day — from the builders whose platforms set the standard for precision and uptime.
Vertical machining centers — our 3-axis production workhorses.
Mori Seiki turn-mills for high-precision turned and live-tooled work.
Milling centers, Puma turn-mills, and 5-axis DVF platforms.
High-precision machining centers for fine-finish, tight-tolerance work.
Mytrunnion 5-axis for complex, single-setup geometry.
Swiss-type lathes for small, high-precision turned parts.
Alpha wire EDM and the controls behind much of the shop.
Metrology & inspection
How we prove it.
The coordinate, optical, and surface-measurement systems behind our AS9102 first-article inspection and in-process verification.
Software & systems
The digital thread.
CAM, simulation, ERP/MES, and machine-monitoring platforms that connect programming to traceability and predictive maintenance.
Paperless ERP/MES — the digital traveler and full lot/operator traceability.
CAM for toolpath generation, including simultaneous 5-axis.
NC verification and machine simulation — collision-free proveouts.
AI machine monitoring — spindle health, tool wear, and OEE.
